What happens if I downgrade?
Your check frequency is adjusted to your new plan’s minimum, and monitors beyond your limit are paused. You get a 30-day grace period before historical data is trimmed to your new retention limits. Upgrade anytime to restore everything.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Each plan has a fixed number of team seats included. No per-seat fees, no surprise charges.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
